This page turns the live counter into a bigger story — millions of meters, thousands of consecutive days, and a clear picture of what long-term consistency actually looks like.
This is what consistency looks like at scale. Not just meters — but a journey measured against the planet itself.
Approximate comparisons, just for perspective.
Change the average meters per day and see how the timeline moves.
The Row4MS Journey is part of the MS Warrior framework, created by Torbjørn Laundal, and represents a long-term consistency project built around daily indoor rowing and structured routines for managing Multiple Sclerosis.
With over 28 million meters rowed and more than 2000 consecutive days of activity, this project demonstrates how small, repeatable actions can accumulate into significant long-term results. The page visualizes progress in terms of distance, time, and real-world comparisons such as kilometers, miles, and the Earth’s circumference.
This is not a training program, but a real-world example of applying structure, modern treatment, and daily movement as part of a sustainable lifestyle with MS.
